- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely the best and most caring doctor I've seen since my TBI 8 years ago. He will not settle for Occam's easiest and simplest answer to any balance problem. Dr. Gianoli is determined to find the answer, not simply the most likely answer. Vastly different in the field of medicine. Having a diagnosis based on fact and not theory makes an immeasurable difference to my outlook on life. I am very thankful I found Dr. Gianoli.
